I immediately felt a big difference on the 1st day when noticing that I had a better sense of detail and much less brain fog. Being slightly dyslexic, I was also more at ease when reading my favorite magazine. The 2nd day was even better, brain fog was very minimal and I additionally realized that my level of energy during my 1-hour daily walk had increased: my legs were still very energetic. Each morning I take a lot of supplements, including these, and am glad to have the Omega 3 component they provide. After using this PQQ for 18 days along with some other new mitochondrial support supplements, I have experienced noticeable improvement during activities whereby my muscles would fatigue quickly. It has very mild effects that initially I thought could be just placebo or self deception but after 2 weeks every day usage it became clear that it’s not. The major effect is on logical thinking that goes further than usual and occurs easier than usual. Which results in finding solutions faster. I started taking this after my first egg retrieval failed. All 7 retrieved died before biopsy. Next cycle I ended up with one euploid. The baby is now 10 months old and I’ve been taking pqq ever since I first started. The main difference with my eggs has been the number of follicles at baseline cycle day 2. My first two had only one, but after over a year on pqq plus coq10, I had 10 follicles at baseline. The cycle didn’t produce more than that, and I only had 4 retrieved. But all were mature and fertilized. However, only one was euploid, but with a 12 mitoscore. So, I would recommend taking pqq, plus coq10, along with other egg quality supplements. Although I only got one euploid, I did have 10 at baseline and they were growing quickly. So, the supplements did do something.
